Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance

A normal blogpost between all the other stuff going on!

Last friday I had a date with my boyfriend, we don't really do much dates, because we see eachother every night. But friday we had an official date. 

I had these coupons for a day to the zoo, so I bought tickets for a monkey zoo called Apenheul.

It's a Zoo with a lot of different monkeys and you can walk in a forest were the monkeys walk around freely.

Anyway we drove down to a city called Apeldoorn and went to the Zoo. It was really nice weather and we got to see so many monkey up close. It was really great!

They didn't only have Monkeys, but they also had some other animals like bird and this little nose bear (or that's the direct translation of the Dutch name for this little one).

They also had these little guys running around. Look at that mustache! It was so small and it made these cute little sounds. If I could have taken it home, I would have. 

We saw over 40 diffrent kinds of monkeys and we almost got to touch a few of them. I really liked how the zoo looked and the animals had so much space! If you ever come to the Netherlands and you want to see a Zoo, this one is super awsome and diffrent from the other Zoo's! 

Anyway we had a great day, just the two of us. The only thing was the horrible traffic on the way back. We drove to the high way and before we knew it we were in a long traffic jam. In the end we had to drive through all these small towns to get home and we drove an hour longer than normal. But we did have a good time and during the traffic jam we just joked around which was great.
