Review
Jama Shinai de Here We Go!
Jama Shinai de is a very cool song, with a bit of bitterness and pain mixed into it. It's led by Sato Masaki and Morito Chisaki, while Iikubo Haruna and Ogata Haruna have important speaking parts. The Jama Shinai de Here We Go! parts are really great to sing along with and the beat gives the song such a cool and almost cold feel. The MV is quite simple, yet I really love the mirror parts. It makes you think of breaking free from something. It's nice to see Masaki preform with such a sweet voice and Chisaki in such a cool and different song from the usual cute Country Girls songs. I really love the beat and the dance of this song.
Dokyuu no Go Sign
Dokyuu no Go Sign is on the other end of the spectrum. It's a fun and upbeat song, with a fast pace. Momusu is split into a dance and sing team and this means we get some other girls to sing. Iikubo and Ogata both have important lines and even Akane gets to sing in this song. Nonaka Miki leads the song with Fuku and Oda right behind her. I really love the fast pace and just the fun of this song. I am a big fan of the MV. It's really white, yet with all the arrows and the fun scenes, it's such a joy for the eyes. The girls looks so pretty and the dance parts are so awsome! Ready Set Go!
Wakain da shi!
Get those tissues, because Wakain da shi! is a real tearfest. This song is totally Kudo Haruka, even the lyrics and dance play with her nickname. I love the song a lot. It's a cute and fun song, yet it still gets you teared up. The MV really makes this even more emotional. It is so beautiful, with the outside scenes, the love for Kudo, the bus. The MV is creative, while not being messy. I really want to know what the 10 minute version is about! The tearful scenes of Kudo are prefect and I love how the younger members, Akane, Reina and Maria, get to sing so much. And the 10th gen scene. Perfect.
Covers
The covers for this single are really nice. I am a big fan of the covers for Wakain da Shi! and Dokyuu, but the covers for Jama nai de are also quite pretty. I couldn't be more happy that Kudo got her own cover!
Outfits
I already talked about these outfits on my news blog, so let's give an overview. I really love the outfits with a waist and a lose skirt. they are pretty and flattering. The one piece dresses are not my thing. Yet the feel of these outfits really fits the feel of the MV, so that's good.
The outfits for Dokyuu are also really cute. I am a big fan of the skirt versions as they are really fun and flattering. I am not that big on the pants, as they do not look good on everyone.
The white outfits for Wakain da shi! are really nice and look really cute in the MV. They have a great contrast to the colorful scenes. I know a lot of people are not a big fan of white, yet look at the girls, they look so good!
All MV's have casual outfits, but no real group pictures of them yet. They are however all quite nice. The Jama Shinaide ones are really autumn like, with cool colors, while Dokyuu and Wakain da shi! have vibrant colors.
Overall
I am a big fan of triple a-sides that are this different from one another. I love how cool, happy and cute they are and how they show us different sides of Morning Musume. Duu got quite a good amount of spotlight in all three songs, eventhough she was dancing only in one of them. I am really happy she got such a big role in Wakain da shi!, so she can have a solo center before she leaves. I am extremely happy the single had such a great first day!
